Throughout the annals of time and space…
There have been few…
Whose names have not been spoken…
She simply went next door to borrow some salt…
Unexpected guest had arrived…
Word spread fast amidst the neighboring sinners…
They bore news of fires and brimstones…
Sodom and Gomorrah will be no more…
Take thou family and leave…
Do not look back…
As all that has occurred will not be remembered..
Or so the story has been told…
One last look was all it took…
A brief glance at the den of sinners…
A gust of wind beckoned but one…
Her name will never be written…
Within the annals of time…
No one dared to risk their fate…
Her daughters will bare their shame..
As their names were forgotten…
Though they would bare nations…
For the names of Lot’s wife and daughters..
Shall not be found in Scripture…
Seek and you will not find…
anywhere in the annals of time and space…
