At peace with my soul
with a love not lost.
Love does not come and go
for it is a gift freely given.
Love be it for a moment shared
or a thousand lifetimes.
Love is when you feel a smile
be it a thousand mile away.
Love is when you hear your name
In the dead of a night and fast a sleep.
Love is when you know she was dreaming
and she called out your name.
Love is when two souls can touch
when they are not together.
Love is the Universe created out of love
it cannot come and go for it was freely given.
Love is freely given
Love is patiently waiting to be together again…
